1. Who we are
PostedDeals ("we", "us") runs posteddeals.com, a feed of real estate opportunity signals. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
2. Information we collect from you
Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. Settings you save: display name, time zone and watched markets. Billing status: your plan, payment method type (card or crypto) and paid-until date. Usage data: basic technical logs, and which sponsored placements were shown to or clicked by your account (one record per ad per day).
3. Information about posters
Signals are built from publicly visible posts by third parties. We store the post text, the post ID, a link back to the original post and fields extracted from it, such as price and location. If you wrote a post that appears on PostedDeals and want it removed, email us the link and we will remove it.
4. How we use information
To run your account and Radar feed, apply your plan and filters, process subscriptions, show sponsored placements, measure ad performance in aggregate, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Payments
Card payments are processed by Polar, which acts as our merchant of record and handles checkout, billing, taxes and receipts. Crypto payments are processed by NowPayments. We never receive or store full card numbers or wallet keys; we only keep your plan, payment method type and paid-until date.
6. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us operate PostedDeals, under their own privacy terms: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google (sign in with Google), Vercel (website hosting), Polar (card payments), NowPayments (crypto payments) and our email delivery provider. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
7. Advertising
Free accounts may see clearly labeled sponsored placements. Advertisers receive only aggregated totals such as views and clicks — never your name, email or other personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Cookies and storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme on each device. Account settings such as your markets and feed defaults are saved with your account. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, settings, signal reports and ad activity within 30 days and confirm by email. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
10. Your rights
You can view and update your details in Settings, and download your data from Settings → Privacy & security. To delete your account, use Settings → Privacy & security → Request deletion, or email us from your account's email address. To request access, correction or deletion of any other data, email us. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA, or the EU and UK under the GDPR), you may have additional rights, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to the database is restricted by role and per-user rules, and payment details stay with our payment processors. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
12. Children
PostedDeals is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using PostedDeals you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. We will announce material changes by email or in the app and update the date above.
